Inter-Religious Dialogue through Art

The project aims to defeat the religious misperceptions and generalizations of various beliefs through art – music, dances, performances, etc.

Project Idea is to bring young artists with different religious backgrounds together to fight against the prejudices, enhance tolerance and respect each other’s beliefs. Interreligious dialogue and mutual understanding among the present young generation can help to prevent acts of violence and oppression in the next generation. The project aims to defeat the religious misperceptions and generalizations of various beliefs through art – music, dances, performances, etc.
Objectives of the project:
- Increase mutual understanding and good relations through art;
- Breaking the stereotypes and prejudices;
- Build understanding and confidence to overcome and/or prevent tensions on a religious basis;
Target groups:
Young artists, religious minority youth
