The project aims to transfer the practice of CADS (children’s able and disable sports) above all in contexts of poverty and scarcity of facilities through the training of professional figures who will deal with young people with disabilities offering them the opportunity to experience in a concrete way the practice of this new way of making sport. The project involves two European partners (Italy and another one) and two African Countries (Congo and Mozambico).
It is composed by 4 different phases:

WP 1. START-UP
1.1 COORDINATION MEETING
In this first moment it will be held a preliminary meeting for the presentation and coordination between all the partners involved in the project in order to share the structure of the project, objectives, procedures for the subsequent selection of aspiring educators, the different training units, etc. ..
This WP will ensure the project the proper financial management and administration, even with the support of a continuous monitoring of activities and a careful evaluation of the quality of results.
1.2 SELECTION OF FORMATORS
Each partner will identify at least 2 formators who will take part to the first formation course that will take place in Italy and at least 10 aspiring trainers who will take part to the other two training courses that will be held in the two African countries.

WP 2. FORMATION OF FORMATORS
2.1 FORMATION IN EUROPE
The first training course will be attended by the representatives of the two European partners and at least 2 representatives of the two African countries. At the end of the course, as a final activity, the participants will organize a CADS event. At the end of the first training course will be drawn up a manual that will be used as guideline for following training sessions. The training will be followed by two days of job shadowing where it will be possible to observe the mode of development and application of the methodology of the CADS. This first course will take place in Udine (ITALY) during 1 week.

2.2 FORMATION COURSE IN KIMBONDO (CONGO)
Some of the formators newly-trained in Europe will move in Congo for providing the first training course for trainers in Africa. At the end of the formation the guideline manual will be adapted to the characteristics of the context of Kimbondo and translated into French in order to be used as a protocol for subsequent trainings.

2.3 FORMATION COURSE IN MOZAMBICO
Some trainers and newly-trained in Europe will move to Mozambico for providing the second training course for trainers in Africa. At the end of the formation the guideline manual will be adapted to the characteristics of the local context and translated into Portuguese.
