Innovative methods of teaching

The main aim of the project is providing new innovative methods, strategies and knowledge of teaching to teachers, social workers, mentors and trainers.

In Bulgaria and EU percent of young and unemployed people is increasing every day. Big part of the students define their education as a responsibility and something that society expect from them, but not as a profession they will practice after graduation.
Usually after finishing university those students can`t find a job, mostly because they don’t have needed internship for the position, or they don`t have a confidence in their knowledge.
The education in east Europe is using old methods of teaching, who don`t provide enough practice to students during theoretical classes. Even, position like “intern” can`t prepare young people for real working environment.
The results are – more people choose to work something else, which is not connected with their education or choose not to work, because they are not prepared to use the “theory” from university or school, they don`t have enough practice and they don`t have confidence to improve their knowledge.
The main aim of the project is providing new innovative methods, strategies and knowledge of teaching to teachers, social workers, mentors and trainers. Those methods will help to develop and improve old teaching techniques, and help to increase motivation, curiosity and desire for professional development in students at schools, universities and privet educational institutions.
Those methods will make studding more interesting in students eyes, which will motivate them to seek more information and ways to use their knowledge, they will be more confident and motivated to develop themselves personal and professional.
The result from the project will be:
- more confident and motivated students
- new techniques for teachers who will help them to reach more successfully teaching plan
- in future – decreasing percent of unemployed young people
We live in modern and technological era and we must improve our educational systems and make paths to communicate and teach more effectively next generation of EU.
