Innovative Approaches for Citizen-Friendly Public Services

A project to empower public staff in developing citizen-centered, digital and innovative services by learning from Europe’s best practices.

This project aims to enhance the capacity of public employees to develop citizen-centered, transparent, and innovative public services. Inspired by good practices from countries such as Estonia, the Netherlands, and Spain, the project focuses on strengthening public staff skills in digital transformation, citizen participation, efficient service delivery, and transparency.

Through job shadowing, training courses, and study visits, participants will gain valuable experience. Based on the outcomes, a “Citizen-Friendly Public Services Guide” will be developed and made available on an online platform, supported by local dissemination workshops.

By joining this project, public staff will become part of European cooperation networks, bring innovative governance approaches to their institutions, and contribute to improving citizen satisfaction.
