INNOVATION AND COURAGE FOR YOUTH

It is an important problem in our country that young people do not reveal their potential. It is certain that the lack of motivation caused by the economic crises, the increasing population, the wars, the migrations, the inability to adapt to the digital transformation in the rapidly changing business areas with technology, the negative mood created on them by the anxiety of the future, and the lack of motivation caused by the inability to reach their dreams. Our young people, each of whom is an important value for the society and the future, are unfortunately not aware of these values. For this reason, they fall behind in participation in business life and democratic life, they cannot be active citizens in solving social problems and act with decision makers, they pacify themselves, this process reflects on the society and causes the society to be composed of pacified masses.
When we look at the profile of university students in Turkey, we come across a profile financed by his family, who has focused only on school education since primary education, has not received any training in the field of technical workforce or skills, is trying to chart a path for himself in the field of science or social sciences and wants to have a profession in this way. In Turkey, an approach like "Become a university graduate, whatever you are!" is imposed on young people, while families and society impose the belief that the young person will have a job after university education. However, things do not work like that in our country. Not every young person graduating from the university can find a job, and our country is faced with the fact that the number of educated and unemployed/uneducated and unemployed young people is increasing day by day.
Our young people have a structure that is hopeless, unwilling, unhappy, far from turning their dreams into goals, not recognizing their sources of motivation, and not aware of their vision and mission, in short, their own potential.
In addition to all these, young people are unfamiliar with the economic and social opportunities that society and the environment offer them.
The situations we have listed as reasons above reveal the necessity of supporting young people socially and psychologically.
In today's Turkey, Europe and the world, there is a need for young people to reveal their potential.
The aim is to establish a world of young people who realize their own potential, recognize their self-confident motivational sources, set goals and progress towards their goals, compatible with the digital world and open to digital transformations.
It is necessary to develop an innovative thinking structure in order to realize the dreams of the youth, to generate ideas, to pave the way for them to produce information that will benefit the society, to reach information with the developing technology, to adapt to the digital transformation processes, to solve the problems we encounter in social and cultural life, in business life and in our daily life, and to benefit people.
