INNER WAVE – Environmental awareness from within

INNER WAVE is a youth exchange focused on environmental awareness through nature-based learning, well-being, and inner responsibility.

INNER WAVE – Environmental awareness from within is a Youth Exchange designed to support young people in developing a deeper and more personal connection with environmental issues.

The project is based on the idea that lasting environmental action begins with awareness, emotional connection and personal responsibility. Through nature-based learning, outdoor activities, reflective practices and non-formal education methods, participants explore the link between inner awareness, well-being and sustainable lifestyles.

INNER WAVE combines environmental education with experiential learning in nature, creative expression and group reflection. Activities may include hikes and outdoor workshops, sustainability and climate awareness sessions, somatic and mindfulness practices, creative workshops and intercultural exchange moments.

The project aims to empower young people to better understand environmental challenges, reflect on their own relationship with nature and translate this awareness into concrete actions in their daily lives and communities.

Participants age: 20-30 years old. 5 participants + 1 Youth Leader per country.

INNER WAVE is open to partners interested in environmental education, sustainability, youth mental health and well-being, non-formal learning and nature-based methodologies.
