Inner Strength, Outer Impact

Training course for youth workers, NGO members on building inner peace, mindfulness, managing stress and preventing burnout in youth work.

The "Inner Strength, Outer Impact" project stems from the growing need to support youth workers in managing the emotional and psychological challenges they face in an increasingly demanding work environment. Youth workers are at the forefront of engaging with young people, often in high-stress situations, especially when working with marginalized or disadvantaged communities.

36 youth workers from 9 countries are invited into training course in Kaunas, Lithuania from 7th till 15th of October, 2025.

1. To equip 36 youth workers with emotional intelligence and mindfulness skills to help them manage stress, prevent burnout, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
2. To reduce instances of burnout and promote long-term sustainability in the youth work sector by providing youth workers with the tools to manage their emotional and mental health.
3. To enhance the quality of youth worker interactions with young people, fostering a more empathetic, supportive, and emotionally aware youth work environment.
4. Encourage organizations to adopt emotional intelligence and mindfulness practices as core elements of their work culture.
