Project Title (working title)
Inclusive Workplace Learning Hubs (IWLH)
Building Adult Learning Ecosystems around Rehabilitated Employment
Programme
Erasmus+ KA220 – Cooperation Partnerships in Adult Education
Coordinator: Kállósemjéni Diákokért és Ifjakért Egyesület (KDIE) – Hungary
Adult education provider with rehabilitation accreditation and practical experience in employing people with reduced work capacity.

Project Background
Across Europe, people with reduced work capacity are often employed through rehabilitation or supported employment schemes. However, these workplaces rarely function as intentional adult learning environments. Learning remains fragmented, informal, and unstructured, despite the strong potential of work-based learning.
The Inclusive Workplace Learning Hubs project aims to bridge this gap by transforming rehabilitation-based workplaces into inclusive adult learning ecosystems, where learning, mentoring and employment are integrated into everyday organisational practice.
The project builds on real employment contexts, not simulated training environments.
