CONTEXT
The special lifestyle and community characteristics of the Roma people, as well as their deep and chronic problems, require “comprehensive approaches and service providers with the necessary skills”, but unfortunately most staff are unequipped in this field. Lack of motivation due to some common prejudices also prevents them from developing comprehensive solutions.
