Inclusion through Solidarity

The Inclusion through Solidarity project aims to combine Erasmus+ and ESC programs, as a tool for the NEETs youth inclusion.

Venue: Bucharest, Romania
Dates: 15 - 23.01.2021

Project objectives:
1. Improve the organisational capacity of 9 NGOs for developing inclusion projects, by promoting ESC program as a solution to youth unemployment;
2. Develop a common understanding for 29 participants on how to design an ESC projects with a view to quality, based on the inclusion needs of NEET youth;
3. Empower 29 youth workers in managing top-quality ESC projects by exchanging experiences and good practices, good management of the project, inclusion strategies, analyzing characteristics and jointly finding solutions;
4. Establish lasting partnerships among 9 NGOs from EU and EaP and jontly develop min. 5 ESC projects in 2021;

Participants' profile:
The training will bring together 29 youth workers aged 18+ (volunteers, social workers, educators, counselors, trainers and other related partners staff implementing non-formal activities), who are actively involved in the NEETs' inclusion process, interested in the topic of solidarity and who are motivated to use European Solidarity Corps as a tool in their mission.

Partner NGOs:
- EU and EaP region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova)
- Involved with NEET youth on local/international level;
- No or small experience with European Solidarity Corps program.
