Inclusion & Diversity in Youth Work – Professional Development Mobility

Empowering youth workers through mobility activities to improve inclusion, diversity, and non-formal learning practices.

Kholoud Association for Youth Activities, based in Algeria, seeks European partners for a KA1 Youth Mobility project focused on professional development of youth workers. The project aims to enhance competences in inclusion, diversity, and non-formal education practices. Activities include:

Training courses on inclusive youth work methods

Study visits and job-shadowing in European youth organizations

Workshops to develop practical tools and exchange best practices

Follow-up and dissemination to implement learning outcomes locally and regionally


The project is designed to be fully inclusive, targeting youth workers with fewer opportunities, and promotes environmental sustainability and digital transformation in youth work.
