ERASMUS-SPORT-2026-SCP - LS: 250.000€ Tittle: IN-MOVE – Integration of Migrants through mObility, sport and physical actiVity in Europe. Duration: 24 months
*Only partners from the specified countries, and with experience in the field of work with migrants will be consider.
Sport is a key tool for the social integration of migrants, promoting cohesion, well-being and participation in the community. However, there are many barriers that hinder their access to sport, such as lack of information, economic resources, adequate infrastructure and inclusive strategies in sports organisations.
This European project aims to promote the participation of migrants in physical activity and sport, through the creation and implementation of inclusive models in different European contexts. To this end, an innovative methodology will be developed based on an initial diagnosis, which will identify barriers and opportunities in the practice of sport, followed by the design of adapted programmes, training of coaches and sports managers, and the organisation of events that promote intercultural coexistence through sport.
The project is structured in seven Work Packages (WP), which include: management and coordination, diagnosis and needs analysis, design and implementation of sports programmes, training of coaches and professionals, sports activities in nature, communication and dissemination, and impact assessment and sustainability.
The main expected results include the training of 100 coaches in sport inclusion, the participation of thousands of migrants in sport activities, the publication of methodological materials in several languages and the implementation of sustainable strategies that allow the continuity of the project after its funding.
This interdisciplinary and transnational approach will guarantee a short, medium and long term impact, promoting sport as a tool for integration and social cohesion in Europe.
