Improving the Youth Workers’ Competences working at Rehabilitation of Youth w/Disabilities

The aim of our project is to increase improve the capasity of workers who work in Pendik Training and Rehabilitation Center with disabled people and their families to give better services about spoecial training, psyschological and physical counselling, physical theraphy, seminars about disabled people rights around the Europe, employment of them, vocational courses, social activies such as produce hand made products by share experiment with partner rehabilitation centers’ trainers.

For this aim, a rehabilitation center that is in Europe, will be partner of project. Each center will be share experiences with each other by visiting centers in Turkey and other country.

Two a-week-long youth exhanges will be carried out both in Turkey and your country. The rehabilitation centres will host the exchanges. The practical arrangements (selecting participants, travel, accommodation, exchange program, and reporting) will be carried out. The participants will be selected vocational experts (physiotherapist, psychologist, speech and language therapist, sociolog, pedagog).
