Improving the quality in mobility programs

Our initiative aims to improve the quality levels of Erasmus+ (KA1) projects implemented, to improve youth workers capacity and promote the program to youth.

Long term objectives:
O 1. Increase awareness and understanding
Over the next 2 years, we aim to increase awareness, understanding, benefits and available support of Erasmus+ educational programs among 10 000 potential participants (with focus on youth with fewer opportunities) aged 13 – 30, and 1 000 potential grassroots/local NGOs and Educational institutions in EU who need to internationalize their mission.

O 2. Capacity building
Over the next year, we aim to increase the capacity of 100 EU organizations and educational institutions (already involved in developing YEs and TCs or who intend to internationalize their work) to implement and coordinate quality and efficient mobility projects.

O 3. Improve competences
Over the next two years, we aim to improve the competences of 80 EU NGO staff (youth workers, facilitators/trainers involved in mobility programs).

O 4. Build partnerships
Over the next two years, we will build partnerships, expand our network, and enhance the exchange of experience and projects among 200 EU organizations and educational institutions.
