Improve your sustainability future: sustainable entrepreneurship for the labor market.

KA1: Youth Mobility - Youth Exchanges. 4 partecipants for organization (+1 Accompanying Person), the project will take place in Castellammare di Stabia (Naples, Italy) and Benevento (Italy).

The aims of the project "Improve your sustainability future: sustainable entrepreneurship for the labor market." are to acquire knowledge and skills, through mobility experiences, that can be spent on the labor market. The themes of the project will focus on social e sustainable entrepreneurship with an eye on the agri-food system . There will be several slightly theoretical workshops ( for example "Marketing in companies of the agri-food system", " Agro-social enterprises: new models of community welfare", ecc. ). Based on the theoretical knowledge acquired, we will develop 3 projects (with the help of experts) to be launched on the kickstarter crouwfonding and develop them in the long term (if they have enough feedback). All the laboratories will be taught by university teachers.

The project involves the teachers of the university of Portici (http://www.agraria.unina.it/) and the teachers of the university of Benevento (http://www.unisannio.it/). These will make their knowledge available to disseminate non-formal lessons regarding sustainable entrepreneurship.

To be able to put into practice the lessons we will develop three projects of sustainable entrepreneurship to be launched on the famous "kickstarter" crowdfunding platform, in order to evaluate the technical aspects and strategies and make the project valid also in the long term for the participants and associations partner.

In particular we seek associations that are able to deal with the following issues:

Arts and creativity;
Youth entrepreneurship/Social entrepreneurship/ Female entrepreneurship;
Creative recycling;
Rural development/Sustainable development;
Healthy lifestyle promotion;
Employability and European labor market.

Participants per organization: 4 (from 18 to 25 years) + 1 Accompanying person (25+).
Venue: Castellammare di Stabia and Benevento, Italy
The programme includes: non-formal activities, workshops, visits, practical sessions with youths, self-reflection groups, one-day final event, etc.
