Improve your Image - Become Successful in Business

The youth exchange "Improve your Image - Become Successful in Business" will take place in Lithuania from the 26th of September to the 2nd of October 2016. The target group are young people from 18 to 30 years old. Project will involve 30 youth workers from 6 countries. The purpose of this project is to help young people improve their image in business environment, provide them with knowledge which would help their successful integration in the European labor market and to encourage mobility.

Professional lectors will show participants how to represent themselves in business environment, speak in public with confidence, control stress, improve critical thinking, analyse non-verbal behaviour like gesticulation and intonation while attending a job interview. Furthermore, they will learn how to adapt to the existing social norms, communicate more effectively and to be confident in their abilities as these qualities are very important in order to succeed while searching for a job or climbing career ladders.
