IMPROVE STAFF'S VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE SKILLS AND PROVIDE VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE TO YOUNG PRISONERS

In our prison, vocational education, spiritual education, primary education, high school, university, graduate, doctorate, art, sports, etc. Our young convicts who receive training are encouraged to choose a profession, to take safe life training, to participate in workshops, to register for hobby workshops and to attend various non-formal education courses. Studies are also carried out to direct students to the courses they need in their working life.
As youth workers, our employees and volunteers in the institution provide vocational guidance to our young convicts, who are a disadvantaged group in this regard. We are looking for partners/partners to cooperate in our project under the action title K153 in order to improve the vocational guidance competencies, mentoring skills, training coaching competencies, capacity building, personnel training and adult education competencies of our youth workers.
Workshops, seminars and observations are aimed at raising awareness on cultural interactions and good practices. It is planned that 8 personnel will participate in the mobility.
