Description of the Project:
The Seminar ITC Cowork for Erasmus+ is addressed to youth workers who are developing or intend to organize Erasmus + projects.

Participants will learn how to work in teams and to manage international projects through the ICT (Information and Communication Technologies).

They will develop their digital and entrepreneurial skills working in the field of youth.

The Project will be structured in two phases, one for the theoretical development and another one for the practical application. There will be two meetings in order to treat each phase in the best way:

1st meeting – Theoretical training about the ICT and their use to manage international projects Spain February 2016

2nd meeting – Practical training - Application of the acquired knowledge to create a project Italy, March 2016.

Through this method participants will be able to transform their new knowledge in a real Project and to create their own youth initiative. Working on their Project participants will learn how to organize their work and to manage the different tasks using the ICT tools. For that purpose we will use a cowork platform as an example, because it includes all the phases we’ll treat.

Once the Seminar is over, ICT also give the participants the opportunity to keep on working on their Project with other participants; ICT will allow them to break spatial-temporal barriers.

Trainers will offer virtual support during the whole projects in order to let the participant apply their acquired knowledge at the second meeting.
