This project can include young people with fewer opportunities like
  • Social obstacles
  • Economic obstacles
  • Educational difficulties
  • Cultural differences
  • Geographical obstacles
These include:   Unequal access to educational mobility: There is a disparity in the ability of young people to access educational opportunities, particularly those involving mobility.   Limited intercultural interaction: Opportunities for meaningful dialogue and mutual understanding with youth from different cultures are scarce.   Gaps in essential skills: Young people often lack sufficient opportunities to develop crucial skills such as digital literacy, critical thinking, and media production. Barriers to civic and entrepreneurial engagement: There is a need for more support to foster active citizenship, encourage youth-led social entrepreneurship, and enable sustainable community initiatives.   Restricted access to virtual resources: Access to virtual mobility programs and online educational resources is not equally available to all, particularly impacting inclusivity.   Disadvantages in specific communities: The project highlights a need to reach youth in underserved or rural communities, suggesting these groups face additional barriers and fewer opportunities.   The ICIBANGOUA Virtual Exchange project aims to address these issues by connecting youth from Europe and Africa through digital dialogues and collaborative activities.
