"I have a dream!"

"I have a dream!" is a youth exchange financed by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program which will get together 36 young people from 6 European countries in Bucharest, Romania for the period of 1 week. In this project young people with fewer possibilities including refugees, asylum seekers or migrants have priority.

The project "I have a dream!" was created in response to the increasing acts of terrorism and war that challenge the human right of everyone involved. The main objective as to why we want to create a youth exchange on this topic, is so they understand what human right represent, how are they breached by others and to tackle all the misconceptions that cloud the true meaning of it through the means of games, workshops and discussions. Another objective is to ignite a sense of pro activeness which will help them be a part of their local communities and teach them about Human Rights and Terrorism.

Non formal education methods will be carried out in order to get the best results. This will include interactive games, simulations that will have the purpose of widening their view on the topic. Also young people from different countries will work together, using input from their own culture, in order to solve problems.

After the project the members will have a sense of pro activeness that will help in "spreading the word". In order to maximize the results of this exchange the young people will give a presentation, in school or university/others, about the Erasmus+ programme and also the project in which they participate as to encourage others to take part in such European programs.
