I CAN DO IT WITH YOU

Our project is interested in special training. Our target groups are special need pupils that ages are between 11 and 14. There will be 50 students and 14/15 of them are special need students. We want to show that every special need child can do whatever his/her equal normal child can do. We want to make them feel not to alone. And show them they are so precious both for us and for the society. In order to make this desire to real, we improve a project that can be applied both in nation and international areas. Our purpose is to socialized special need students and provide them to play and participate with other students in schools. As methodology, we are planning to use some activities such as art or sportive activities that children like joining. We have some cultural games that are very popular. By using these games,we aim at improving the special need students communication skills. At the same time, we try to teach our cultural background to the students. Games like hide and seek, catching a shadow, blindmans buff, hopscotch and silent movie etc.. are very convenient and useful for these students. They are also entertaining and improve the communication between the students. Besides, we have some short movies and videos that can be effective. As a result of this project, we believe that special needs students will be more comfortable and self confidence. They will be able to express themselves more clear. Their relationships with normal children will be better. Their communication skills will improve. And all of these impacts will be useful both for the students themselves and for the parents of them. They can have a better life and they deserve it. We will publish all the levels of the project and the results in our school websites. After ending the project, we organize some conferences and panel discussion in our city even in our country. Everyone can find information and experiences about this subject in digital area. So if someone wants to work in this field, he/she can reach our projects. In order to reach larger people mass, we search for some organisations such as schools and non-governmental organisations that have special needs students. We want to share our experiences and make use of their experiments and cultures/games/traditional things in this field. Wewant to learn their methodologhy about this subject. We improve ourselves and influence other organisations. We think that multicultural activities can make the project more strong. We believe that a smile of one child can change the world and make it better place. We think that as well as normal children there are some undiscovered talents among the special need students. We believe that every child is special. So in order to make the world more livable for them, we want to take responsibilities. And we invent you to take some responsibilities with us.
