Firstly, the project team of 4-6 people (Manager, Youth-worker, Teacher, Field Expert, ICT Personnel) are trained online and off-line on entrepreneurship by experts determined by TEK-SAV.
Project partners can be youth-centred NGOs or VET Schools. Each project partner chooses 1 entrepreneurship field (Hairdressing, Fashion design, Green Energy Production, Air Conditioning-Cooling, Property Consultancy, Digital design, Wooden Toy Production etc.) in which they are strong for entrepreneurship.
Mini-companies are virtual companies and go through all the stages like establishing a real company. In other words, young people, VET students go through all the stages of setting up a real company together with mentors. They are alternately involved in the management of the company (company manager, accounting, advertising, marketing, production-service, customer relations, etc.).
They find at least 2 entrepreneurs at local level who will provide counselling in their chosen field. These entrepreneurs meet with young people at various time intervals to advise them on company establishment, management, promotion, marketing, financial issues, competition, labour and sustainability and transfer their experiences to young people.
