HUMAN CAPITAL 2019

The Human Capital 2019 project involves the hosting of 16 long-term volunteers who will volunteer
for 12 months at 7 organizations active in Matera (Basilicata Link, Matera-Basilicata Fonzazione
2019, Materahub, Allelammie, USIP, Onyx Jazz Club, Casa Netural).

All host partner organizations are involved in the project of Matera 2019 European Capital of Culture.
Long-term volunteers will support organizations throughout the process and activities of the Matera 2019 program. All activities will be carried out according to the methods of nonformal
education and will contribute to increasing the European dimension of Matera Capitale, the
training of volunteers and the dissemination of the Erasmus + program on the territory of Basilicata.
The activities will be carried out in partnership with the regional network of cultural organizations and
with the sending organizations that will be identified at the time of the approval of the project, favoring
those coming from other European Capitals of Culture.
