Project description
We are a small group looking for partners from one country. Let’s keep our mental health in check by intervining in time!

We are a group of eight finns looking for one partner group from Italy, Iceland, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands or Germany. Other countries are also taken in to a consideration. We are from the ages of 18-21 and looking for people from 18-23 ideally.

We would want to visit another country and host one group meeting here.

Our theme would be well-being and prevention in young adults. We are interested in exploring different ways of young people taking care of their mental and physical well-being through convential and unconvential ways. For example therapy, food, sport, art, socializing, mindfulness and above and beyond.

Expectation for the partner groups
• Commitment to the project from planning till the final evaluation
• Time and will to commit to plan the project and goals together via Skype or/ and social media
• Eager to get to know about new culture and having multiple learning experiences
• Eagerness to learn about the subjects that interest us while also having fun!

Organisation
The organization that applies the project, is Youth centre Anjala that is one of the nine national youth centers in Finland, supported and supervised by the Finnish ministry of education and culture. The youth centers have a non-profit civic responsibility of promoting a good life for children and young people. Youth centre Anjala is in the city of Kouvola, in a small village of Anjala.
