HOPASUS – movement stimulation project for children aged 6 to 12 in the context of the online school created by the Covid 19 pandemic

Combat sedentary and physical and sensorial deficiencies, metabolic, growing and development troubles

To encourage children to practice sport and proper movement games, The Hopasus project aims to introduce in the online education of students from grades I - IV the primary cycle, aged between 7 and 12, an animated character without political, cultural or religious affiliations, in order to mobilize children to maintain a correct position. During the study at the office, get up from your chair and do some exercises next to the monitor until you take them out for free movement or sports.

Also to achieve a better participation in the educational process, becoming participatory and dynamic, present and constructive, playful and bringing good mood, thus creating a favorable environment for learning and development.

The project aims to minimize the side effects of online study in growing and developing children and to create a more appropriate and effective approach to the practice of movement both indoors and outdoors.
