Hold my Hands

The project "Hold my Hands" aims to create an awareness about the Autism and the challenges the autistic persons experience in their lives. With that project we would like to open a new window for the lives of autistic individuals and their families and take a short break in their lives.
We need partners who work with disabled youngsters or the ones who can reach autistic persons and get them participate in the project.
