Project Objectives
Research on international best practices for dangerous prisoners. Expansion of staff (correctional officers, psychologists, social workers).
Safe and effective training, vocational skills training, and regular distribution for prisoners. Comparison with different prison models in Europe (e.g., Norway, the Netherlands).
3. Primary Target Group: Prison staff (especially those working in high-security settings). Secondary: Dangerous prisoners (indirect beneficiaries).

4. Possible Activities
Study visits to high-security prisons in Europe.
Staff training on rehabilitation and therapy methods for dangerous inmates.
Workshops and seminars with international experts.
Adaptation of vocational training modules to reduce recidivism.
Development of a guidance model for probation and post-release integration.
5. Expected Results: Prison staff will be able to work with safer, more humane, and modern methods.
Inmates will have access to training to reduce aggression and recidivism.
Development of a rehabilitation model for prisons in Turkey, inspired by European examples.
Establishing international partnership networks.
