We are looking for partners for KA-152 Application
This project will bring together 30 young people from 5 countries to talk about digital addiction. Young people will discover new ways of digital detox. They will share cultural values such as traditional street games, crafts and food. In this way, it will contribute to the continuation of cultural heritage by ensuring that young people move away from digital addiction and transfer these values from generation to generation.
In this project, each participating young individual will teach traditional games, play them with the active participation of young people and discuss the individual and social benefits of these games. Then young people will introduce and practice traditional handicrafts from their own culture. Afterwards, young people will share recipes of local dishes and cook together. Finally, there will be a seminar on combating screen addiction and the digital detox experiences of the young participants, which can be done online.
The aims of the project are:
-to make young people aware of the issue of digital addiction and raise awareness on this issue.
-to emphasize the contribution of traditional street games to physical and social sustainability while making them widespread. It is aimed to pass these games from generation to generation and increase social solidarity.
-strengthening cultural ties through traditional handicrafts and food; contributing to the preservation and transfer of these values to the future. Teaching handicrafts stands out as an important tool for the sustainability of cultural heritage.
-to improve young people's social interaction skills, increase their physical activity habits, and support them to make these activities a part of their daily lives.
