The Training Course for International Youth Workers is a 4-day capacity-building activity designed to strengthen youth workers personal and professional competences in the areas of mindfulness, stress management, values-based practice, healthy boundaries, assertive communication, burnout prevention, and self-care. The training responds to the increasing emotional, psychological, and workload pressures faced by youth workers, especially in complex, fast-changing, and digitally mediated environments.
