The course adopts a holistic,
experiential, and practice-oriented
approach, combining non-formal
education methods, mindfulness-
based exercises, reflective
practices, peer learning, and skills-
based workshops. Participants will
explore how their inner well-being,
personal values, and emotional
regulation directly influence their
ability to support young people,
foster democratic participation,
and create inclusive and safe
learning spaces.
