HEALTHPOWERMENT

The exchange will charge the participants and the local target group with practical knowledge, skills, attitudes and techniques, addressing the topics of Physical and mental health and wellbeing, Green skills and Community development.
Celebration, workshops and hiking discovery of the local natural and historical sites together with the local population, will be a part of the program.
A guidebook about the topics and a short movie, will be produced during the activity and serve the dissemination purposes.
After approval, we will be looking for 5 young participants and one group leader per country. The participants should be interested in the topics, eager to learn and be active, and also skilled or interested in some of the domains: circus, music, movie making, content creation, or social media influencing.
