Health through Connection: Self, Others and Nature

A Training Course empowering youth through holistic wellbeing, fostering connection with self, others, and nature

This Training Course is designed to empower youth workers and young leaders to promote holistic wellbeing among young people. The program focuses on fostering three interconnected dimensions of health:

Connection with Self: Participants develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and personal growth. Activities include reflective exercises, creative expression, exploring personal values, Ikigai, and the Wheel of Life.

Connection with Others: Participants enhance empathy, communication, cooperation, and healthy relationships through engaging group dynamics, team-building exercises, dialogue, and trust-building activities.

Connection with the Environment: Participants strengthen their bond with nature and the community, fostering environmental awareness, outdoor learning, and conscious interaction with natural settings.

The course is designed and facilitated by a multidisciplinary team: a psychologist specializing in wellbeing and personal development, an environmental engineer with expertise in sustainable practices, and professionals with extensive experience in relational health and social dynamics. This ensures that the program combines evidence-based methods, practical tools, and real-life expertise.
