Capacity building in the field of proposal development and project execution
The aim of the Project is to gather the youth workers and in order to improve the capacities of the youth workers in their Project development, coordination and evaluation skills; several workshops shall be organized. In these workshops, the successes and failures of the previously proposed and/or executed projects shall be analyzed and through these analysis, the youth workers shall be more acquainted with the know/how in the business. Moreover, the local youth projects shall be discussed whether there is a chance of applicability in partner countries and ways to create new Eurowide proposals shall be investigated.
In order to put in in other words, the aim of the project is:
- The youth workers of the public/private organizations shall be informed thoroughly with the Erasmus+ program and other youth related programs
- The capacity of the youth workers to develop project proposals shall be increased.
- The youth workers are going to share their experiences in the project development and coordination
- In addition to the Erasmus+ projects, local project development and execution practices shall be shared
- The best practices in the project development and execution shall be discussed
- Creation of the youthworkers platform in order to share the news, knowledge and experiences and questions
- New partnerships and networks shall be established
- Through gathering of youth workers from different cultural backgrounds, it is aimed to break the prejudice between the youth workers
In summary, this project is prepared to improve the proposal development capacity and share the techniques in project development, which indeed in line with the purposes of the Erasmus+ program on education and youth. Through this project, various project development methods shall be introduced and in the workshops sample projects shall be developed. These sample projects shall be evaluated by the other youth workers and professionals working in this field.
