The project; ‘’Enhancement of the activity level and efficiency of the local government’’ is a project aiming to enhance the efficiency of the village headmen on using computer, updating their information about the legal legislation and their authority and responsibility, informing them about their relationship and communication with the public and public authorities and official correspondences and rules, raising the village headmen’s ability on providing the security, peace and harmony in their areas. By organizing different and interesting training courses for the village headmen, it will be possible to enhance the the activity level and efficiency of the local government.
