We want to create the context for coordinator, facilitators or volunteers that carries out activities in a youth center to enrich their experience with the knowledge and experience that others form a similar position, but also to share their own knowledge.

This project will take place in the Youth Center of Ghermanesti, Ilfov County Romania for a period of 8 days (01st of November - 10th of November 2018) in which we will create the space for each participant country to share the experience that they have working with youngster in their youth centers and nevertheless to find together possible solutions to the problems and challenges that every center face in their activity.

How we propose to achieve that?
We will make together a research in which to find out what are the major strengths and weaknesses of the youth centers participant in this project.
We debate the issues identified and through the experience that every youth center has we will try to find a solution, an improvement way.
We will make a demo of this solutions using the A4Action Youth center background to see the response/ feedback of the youngster to this proposal and improve it if necessary
All the participants from a country will work for action plan for their own communities in order to improve their activity

Please add in the e-mail a short description of your NGO and the activity that you carry out in your youth center and the answer to these 2 questions: 1. “What is the main strength that your youth center has?” 2. “What is the biggest challenge that you face in your activity in the youth center?”
