Group from Finland searching for a hosting Youth Exchange!

So we have a group of about 4-10 people and leaders. Our back ground organisations are 4H-association of Kuhmo and Oivanki Outdoor Education Centre, from Kuusamo (coordinating organization).
Pleminary experience
•Two of us youths have participated in an youth project in Toscana, Italy August 2017.
•We know basic information about Erasmus+
Little bit about us
•We all have a great interest towards Food and all kind of sports
•We are a quite energetic group of young people
•We come from a small village that is located in a rural area, and it is a long distance everywhere
•We are interested to know more cultural history of European locations.
•Arts (especially music) is an interesting topic for us.
•Nature, environment and Outdoor Sports are OK, too.

What are we looking for?
We are especially looking for a partner organization from a Mid-Or South European Country that would be interested to host us in a youth exchange during 2018.
Since we come from a very Northern location, we would like to experience a youth exchange with a warm weather, that would be something completely different.
