Green Transition to Employment and Digital Literacy for Job Seekers

Bursa Provincial Directorate of Labour and Employment Agency (Bursa İŞKUR), which operates in the province of Bursa in Turkey, in the TR41 region, is a public institution affiliated to the General Directorate of Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR). The mission of İŞKUR is to create an effective labour market information system, to match supply and demand in line with the needs of the labour market, to facilitate, protect and develop employment through labour force programs, to provide temporary income support to those who lose their jobs and to implement regulations related to working life.
It is a project aimed at increasing the capacities of the job and vocational counselors who work in the Bursa İŞKUR working in the field of adult education for 'Increasing the Digital literacy of job seekers and Transition to Green Employment'.
We are looking for a new way and method to increase the counsellors’ digital basic skills level, to provide comprehensive services to job seekers especially for those who has not able to use digital/online platforms and has not enough digital literacy skills. We will be appreciate to work with an experienced partner to learn, design, plan and implement a green transition way to employment and to increase job seekers’ digital literacy skills.
We look forward to partnership proposals that can provide short-term training, course planning, or on-the-job observation for this project in the field of adult education.
