Green Resilience Training is a non-formal education program designed to equip youth workers with practical tools and methods to promote mental health, well-being, and resilience among young people through nature-based activities. Participants will engage in interactive workshops, experiential learning in natural settings, and collaborative project design to integrate eco-focused strategies into youth work practices.
Objectives:
-- Strengthen youth workers’ competencies in fostering mental health and well-being among young people
-- Develop practical skills for conducting outdoor, nature-based and experiential activities
-- Promote resilience, stress management and emotional intelligence in youth programs
-- Encourage peer learning, intercultural exchange and collaboration among youth workers
-- Introduce innovative approaches that combine sustainability, environmental engagement and non-formal learning
Participants: 24 in Total
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Target Groups: Young people aged 18+, people with economical/ social/ geographical difficulties
