Project Description:
We will train and empower young people as Eco-Ambassadors to lead local and European climate action. Through non-formal learning, youth will develop environmental literacy, leadership skills, and advocacy experience. Activities include youth-led Green Action Days, policy dialogues with decision-makers, a one-week Youth Eco-Forum in Türkiye, and a #GreenLeadersTomorrow digital campaign. The project will produce a multilingual Youth Climate Action Toolkit to share best practices across Europe.

Looking for Partners:

Youth NGOs, municipalities, or schools with active environmental clubs
From Erasmus+ Programme Countries
Must send: 3–4 youth + 1 youth worker + 1 decision-maker to the Eco-Forum in Türkiye
Interest in youth participation, environmental sustainability, and non-formal education

Please specify: The project will prioritise youth from rural areas, especially those with limited access to environmental education and international mobility. Many participants may also face economic barriers that limit their ability to engage in non-formal learning and civic activities. The target group: Youth aged 15–29 from partner countries, with priority given to: Rural and small-town youth Young people from low-income backgrounds Young people with fewer opportunities for international mobility and leadership experience Youth passionate about environmental sustainability and climate action What kind(s) of support is needed for the project: Inclusion support for participants with fewer opportunities to cover travel, accommodation, and participation costs. Mentoring and facilitation to help participants develop environmental action plans and engage effectively in policy dialogues. Language and communication support to ensure all youth can actively participate in transnational activities. Local outreach by partners to identify and prepare youth with fewer opportunities for active roles in the project.
