Green Force Ghana: Digital-Led Solar & Waste Management Upskilling (Pilot with ATU).

Empowering 100 youth at Accra Technical University through digital-led solar and waste management upskilling to drive Ghana's Green Twin Transition.

Green Force Ghana" is a flagship initiative by the Skills Bridge Ghana Foundation, designed to bridge the gap between technical education and the green economy. In partnership with Accra Technical University (ATU), we are piloting a program to train 100 individuals—50 in solar panel technology and 50 in sustainable waste management.
The Twin Transition:
Our model integrates digital innovation with environmental sustainability. We utilize geospatial tracking (Geo-Tree) and blockchain-verified "Green Readiness Badges" to validate skills and impact.
Strategic Backing:
This project has been formally recognized by the Office of the President of Ghana as a strategic partner for green workforce mapping.
What we are looking for:
We seek international partners (NGOs, Universities, or VET providers) to help scale this model, share best practices in green curricula, and collaborate on a multi-national Erasmus+ proposal to expand technical training across the sub-region.
