“Green Bitlis: Climate-Friendly Practices for Local Governments,”

Organizing climate change at the local level for young people, sharing best practices focused on sustainable green transformation in local governments.

This project is a youth collaboration initiative in Bitlis that aims to integrate environmental sustainability, digital transformation, and youth participation with local government practices. The project's fundamental starting point is to develop a participatory model where the knowledge, ideas, and energy of young people can be used more effectively in solving local environmental problems. Within this scope, the environmental infrastructure and stream rehabilitation works carried out by Bitlis Municipality will be examined within the framework of green transformation and climate-friendly approaches.
