Grassroots Connect: Building Sport Bridges for Stronger Communities

ASD Polisportiva Futura 22 aims to promote accessible grassroots sport in all its forms, fostering social inclusion and active participation. With this sports staff mobility project, we intend to embark on a journey of sharing and learning new methodologies and best practices in the field of sports practice. Our goal is to align our activities with the principles and objectives of the European Union Work Plan for Sport, focusing on innovation, education, and the sustainable development of the sector.

Through this mobility, our staff will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in diverse European sports contexts, acquiring specific skills and innovative approaches to managing grassroots sports activities and non-formal education. This exchange of knowledge is fundamental to enriching our offerings and improving the quality of services we provide to our participants.

A crucial pillar of our project is to initiate agreements and protocols with partner organizations for the creation of a European network of grassroots sports coaches. This network will not only facilitate continuous collaboration and exchange of experiences among professionals in the sector transnationally, but will also open up subsequent long-term exchange and mobility opportunities for participants from the respective associations. We want our young athletes and members of our communities to directly benefit from this network, gaining access to new experiences and developing a European mindset through sport.
