GRAN TOUR is a project about responsible tourism and soft mobility.
The project aims to share best practices about soft mobility, responsible tourism and ecotourism, and to share knowledge about local tradition. During this funny and educational process the benificiaries will discover Alta Murgia Park and they will appreciate nature (and any accompanying cultural features – both past and present) and enjoy the experience of ecotourism, an environmentally responsible travel, that promotes conservation, has low visitor impact, and provides for beneficially active socio-economic involvement of local populations
GRAN TOUR will involve three European organizations, in addition to the proposer Italian, each with a group of four participants plus a leader.

Objectives of the project:
increased sense of initiative and entrepreneurship: the project aims to share histories of experiences of self-iniative and entrepreneurship.
Intercultural education: intercultural education will take place in intercultural group and will be an opportunity for exchange of experiences, histories and personal experiences otherwise unknown.

Call for Partners:
The cultural association Glooscap seeks European partners to achieve an exchange of 10 days (6-15 june 2016) in the pretty railroad station of Pescariello (Apulia, southern Italy), near the cities of Matera (European Capital of Culture 2019), Altamura and Gravina, beatiful towns of “Alta Murgia National Park”.
The call is open to youth Organizations and actuators of intercultural projects interested in soft mobility, ecotourism and landscape development, and to Organization fascinated by the theme of hidden landscapes.
