GR.O.W. – GReen Organic Work for sustainable food chains in Southern Europe

Gr.O.W. wants to reduce youth unemployment and NEET groups, strengthening VET system and promoting and sustainable entrepreneurship.

Southern European countries have been hit hardest and longest by the post-2008 economic crisis, challenging governments and public institutions. Youth are the most vulnerable and at risk of marginalization from the labour market.
GR.O.W. will contribute to enhance the quality of the European Vocational Education and Training system, to strength transnational cooperation and youth employment, in line with the Bruges Communiqué 2011-2020 and the Europe 2020 priority for inclusive growth:“ fostering a high-employment economy delivering economic, social and territorial cohesion”.
GR.O.W.T. will strengthen VET providers in partners’ Countries through short-term multidimensional, multi-sectorial work based training, in order to better integrate training institutes programs with fieldwork in sustainable food systems and green jobs and to develop innovative teaching methods focused on learning through practice.
