Th project is dedicated to show that active leisure and healthy life-style is attractive and available for all people.

„Good form is the norm” is a project of youth exchange from 4 countries, including 6 young people (15-19 years old) and one leader from each country, in all 28 persons. Project will be implemented from 01.04 to 01.07.2015., but youth exchange will be realized from 18 to 24 May 2015 in European Center of Education and Upbringing in Roskosz, Poland. Project including exploration new and interesting ways of spending free time and active leisure in the fresh air, care for physical and mental health, proper nutrition and well-being.
