Today, rapid changes in the demands and expectations of individuals are deeply affected by the economic and social structures of the societies. It is not always possible to direct the resulting changes in line with the needs of the society. In the process, civil society organizations (NGOs) are trying to create long-term solutions to social problems and raise awareness about political power. At the beginning of an active process, NGOs can be decisive. With this quality, it is seen that NGOs have a share in the execution of policies and strategies as well as the services they provide to the public.

Well. Where are the youngsters of this work?

This is a much more mediocre point here. The involvement of young people in decision-making, the efforts of social entrepreneurship, were to be tried until recently. This has had a major impact on effective participation.

What was the cause?

Actually, it does not even have to ask this question. The answer is quite simple, because it is an activity that is always seen as unnecessary social work and initiatives. Now he's not very good, but he's better than his old man. Young people are now more active than the old. Developed to provide active participation of young people in decision-making mechanisms, this project aims to increase awareness and knowledge of student communities, youth communities, non-governmental organizations and local governments in the field of social entrepreneurship in the world.

Our union was established with the partnership of Turkey, Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Kenya, Palestine, Armenia, Italy and Greece. With GloConnection, we want to create a young society and consciousness that supports human rights and works for the benefit of different societies.

In addition, the purpose of the association is as follows:

A) To be a pioneer in educating young people as individuals with democratic values, attitudes and behaviors, who are in love with nature and human beings, in order to participate in governance in the business lines they work in, to develop themselves and their creativity, to investigate their problems,
B) To ensure that the country and world are more active in peace and environment and social development. In this respect, to contribute to international understanding, business association and world peace,
C) To respect human rights and to support human rights,
Ç) To play a role in the social development that aims to create the most productive conditions that can provide the full development of mankind,
D) To carry out functional, professional or amateur project based art, research, education and culture studies,
E) To develop local, national and international partnerships, to create platforms to realize long-term common goals,
F) Collecting individuals with limited opportunities who can not participate in social activities due to reasons such as lack of access to information, socio-economic deprivation, foreign language, physical or mental disability,
G) To help the Turkish youth who will come together with young people in the world in international activities to introduce Turkish culture and people and to help Turkish youth recognize the people of other countries and their cultures,
Ğ) To organize activities that will contribute to the social and cultural development of the community and especially to youth by using common and formal education methods,
H) To support and advise individuals, NGOs, SMEs, institutions and organizations that want to use them by increasing their awareness and availability of the funds provided by international institutions
I) Volunteering and active participation of young people.
