Purpose:
To show alternatives for treating stress instead of alcohol, smoking, and drugs.
Ages: 16-25
Tools:
Introducing and trying some stress handing tools, eg. relaxation, meditation, yoga, breathing, tai-chi, riding a horse, climbing, being in the nature, music, etc.
The partcipants can try these experiences, and can choose what is/are the best for them.
The training is an outdoor training with a lot of experience in the woods, nature.
Duration: 11 days
Accommodation: in tents, in the forest
Tasks of partners:
To find participant from their country and to accompany them to Hungary. To be with their participants during the training (in the camp site).
No need to help in the training (but possible if you want and agreed).
