Getting Better Together

Exchange organised by young people with a focus on sport, nutrition and health.

We are a group of young people between 15 and 19 years old with the objective of learning about healthy lifestyles on an international level.
To achieve this we are organising a youth exchange with the intention of sharing and learning about different lifestyles in terms of sport, health and nutrition.

Our main aim,
-We are looking to share informaton about sport, nutrition and health with people from other countries.

-We want to improve our social relations.

-We aim to expand our horizons by getting to know some traditional customes.

-We want to discover the differences between the different nations in terms of sports and nutrition.

-We want to have lots of fun and learn with interesting people.

-We also want to do some cultural activities and trips.

We are currently participating with a youth group in Turkey and we are looking for participation from different cultures, to share our health and sports habits. In terms of disability, we are looking to open up avenues into the world of sport that some people might not have had access to previoulsy. We are finally looking to bring attention to young people about all sorts of disseases related to nutrition.
