GETS (Girls' Empowerment Through Sports)

Our project aims to empower and socially include disadvantaged girls through sport. It addresses a key gap by equipping coaches with competencies in leadership, communication, stress management, and inclusive coaching practices, enabling them to work more effectively with disadvantaged youth. This, in turn, promotes the empowerment of young girls while also upholding European values of inclusion, equality, and cooperation.
