Summary:
This project arises from the urgent need to address the growing disconnection from politics and the weakening of human rights values, exacerbated by political turmoil and populism. Recognizing the pivotal role of youth workers in supporting young people from the diverse backgrounds and fostering societal values, the project focuses on Human Rights Education (HRE) as a cornerstone for promoting active citizenship and democratic participation. The initiative adopts a learner-centered methodology, encouraging participants to delve deeply into the principles of human rights, critically analyze their implementation, and explore their relevance to everyday life. Youth workers, as the primary target group, will receive comprehensive training to enhance their mentoring capacities and become effective multipliers of human rights advocacy and civic engagement.
Objectives:

- Fostering dialogue on human rights and shared societal responsibilities;
- Developing critical thinking on the application of human rights in various contexts;
- Equipping youth workers with tools to mentor and inspire young people effectively;
